The Leadership Celebration hosted by VOA Illinois highlights the unique challenges facing the individuals and families we serve and honors the exceptional leadership of individuals who are standing up for Veterans and individuals struggling with homelessness, children and families living in poverty, the elderly, and adults with disabilities.

Every day at VOA Illinois we strive to provide every person we serve with a safe and supportive place to truly be home. Too many people can never be home without more high-quality, affordable housing. Understanding the solution is easy, making it a reality is incredibly challenging.
This year, our 2024 Leadership Celebration is going to CELEBRATE THE HOUSING CHAMPIONS in our communities who help do the heavy lifting to break down barriers and confront dysfunctional systems that stand in the way of bringing vital housing resources to people that desperately need them. These Champions include Community Leaders who stand up and advocate to make these projects a reality and the residents who show us how much potential and beauty can be unleashed into the world when people have the support and stability they need to really soar.
